Meet our farmer partners and purveyors with our customized GPS Farm Tour

We would be pleased to arrange a visit to any of our farm partners
-because these are all working farms - please call ahead to make plans

Wood's Cider Mill & Sugarhouse
Cider, syrup and cider jelly and cinnamon cider syrup - All made on Willis & Tina's farm. A treat to visit anytime of the year - here's a picture of Chef Jason & David with Willis and his son on the first day of spring boiling down maple syrup(and eating pancakes).
Jersey Girls Dairy
Milk, Eggs and humanely raised veal are the specialties of this small dairy farm. The milk of these Jerseys are used to make the award winning Consider Bardwell Farms cheeses served at the inn

Consider Bardwell Farms

Spanning the rolling hills of Vermont's Champlain Valley and easternmost Washington County, New York, 300-acre Consider Bardwell Farm was the first cheese-making co-op in Vermont, founded in 1864 by Consider Stebbins Bardwell himself. A century later, Angela Miller, Russell Glover, Chris Gray, and master cheesemaker Peter Dixon, are revitalizing the tradition with goat milk from a herd of 100 Oberhaslis and cow milk from Lisa Kaimen's herd of 30 Jerseys. Cheeses are made by hand in small batches from whole, fresh milk that is antibiotic and hormone free.

Shuttleworth Farms

A Family owned and operated farm located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our animals are raised on the lush pastures that grow in the shadow of Jay Peak, and lie along the banks of the Missisquoi River. We love what we do, and love to share our passion of natural farming with others!

Black Watch Ranch
Black Watch Farm's natural beef and pork comes from animals born and raised right here in Weathersfield. All the animals are grown without hormonal implants or digestive stimulants and are all grass fed. They are finished on steamed corn. They also supply us with our breakfast sausage. The Black Watch Burger in Lucy's Tavern is by far the best burger in town.
Cavendish Game Birds
Located in Springfield, they produce all natural quail and pheasant. Cavendish Game Birds has developed a reputation for outstanding quality and service. All of the birds are reared in open, stress free outdoor pens. The colder northern climate produces a superior finish and flavor.
Coger Sugarhouse Gardens

A major supplier of greens & herbs to the restaurant. All greenhouse produce is grown using all natural organic growing methods.

Their 'farmers wisdom' has been a huge help as we get our own herb and vegetable garden going in our old paddock.

We are a small, rural bakery located in beautiful southwest New Hampshire. Our operation is run out of a renovated barn located on our family owned farm We strive to produce foods that nourish the body and please the palate. We believe that making positive connections with people around food builds happier and healthier communities.

Cherry Hill Farms
Just down the road from us, right in Springfield. Cherry Hill provides us with berries all summer. Blueberries, currants, raspberries and blackberries are all hand picked daily for our kitchen..
